Hi, I’m Amanda, founder and president of PayMint.
I grew up in a small business. My parents have successfully run their own for 25 years, so I know firsthand the challenges business owners face—the ups and downs, the ever-changing economy, and the importance of having the right people by your side.
I started my career in payroll over a decade ago at one of the largest payroll companies in the country—and I loved it. Meeting business owners, hearing their stories, and learning what inspired them to build something of their own was the best part of the job.
Over the years, I realized that businesses need more than just payroll processing. They need a true partner—someone who understands their goals, looks out for them, and genuinely cares about their success. That’s why I founded PayMint: Payroll with Heart.
